Abduction

On June 25, 2008 our daughter, Brooke Bennett, was reported missing by her grandmother at 9pm. It was reported that she had been dropped off earlier that day at a local convenience store, by her uncle. She was to meet a friend and go to the hospital to visit a sick relative of that friend. No one confirmed her story prior to her being dropped off and no one admitted to seeing her afterwards. A week later, Brooke's body was found in a shallow grave about a mile from her uncle's house. Since there is an ongoing investigation of her disappearance and death, little or no information has been released to date.
