Geeky winter jackets, scarves, and more to keep you warm while nerding out

Winter is no longer coming. Winter is here, and the cold might come to bite you sometime soon. That means bundling up in heavy jackets and wrapping yourself in scarves. Unfortunately, that probably means that your graphic Marvel t-shirt is getting buried and sweaty under all of that bulk. But you’re a nerd, and you deserve to stay warm and let everyone know at all times that you’re a nerd.

It’s time to gear up in some geeky winter apparel so that you can tackle the elements and let your geek flag fly. Here are some of our favorite nerdy picks for winter.

Game of Thrones isn’t coming back until 2019, so to keep you warm during both the winter and the show’s cold absence, this faux Jon Snow hoodie is here for you. The King in the North’s traditional cloak receives a stylish update that can help you tackle white walker weather all year.

If your favorite character isn’t Jon but you still want to show some Stark love, then this full zip hoodie might be what you’re looking for.

If you’re looking to show your Star Wars obsession in a way that’s markedly cuter than a Rey shirt or Kylo Ren helmet, then why not slip into an Ewok hoodie? You can drape all 55 inches over your head to keep you nice and cozy, plus the faux Ewok ears make for an adorable addition to your winter wardrobe.

It’s time to bundle up for your Starfleet mission. These Star Trek scarves come in Command Gold, Operations Red, and Sciences Blue to match your favorite Starfleet member from the original series.

Gear up like an Avenger with a Captain America down jacket. This puffy jacket comes in red, white, and blue (duh) and features an insignia shaped like Cap’s shield.

This particular hoodie doubles as both winter wear and a quick cosplay option. The Mega Man hoodie features a left arm with Mega Buster-like prints and a puffy hoody that’s designed to look like the Blue Bomber’s classic helmet.

If you’re big on Destiny, then clad yourself in this knit sweater. It’s designed like traditional Titan armor from the game, and even features the class’ insignia on the chest.

Hope you’ve been practicing your V-Triggers. This hoodie features several pieces to help you achieve the whole Ryu look, including frayed shoulders, a black belt design at the waistband, cuffs that resemble his fighting gloves, and even an optional red headband that you can lace through the hood.

Despite what the name suggests, this unfortunately does not come with a cheeseburger backpack, but it does still look like a snuggly way to keep your geeky self warm. It features a stylish Cookie Cat print in the hood, and it’s great for trying to take down gem monsters.

Nothing like a little Hogwarts pride for the winter. These hooded down jackets are available for each of the four houses and feature pockets both outside and inside the jacket so you can stuff them with anything you need. Like polyjuice potion.
